The four winners of the “Dinner with the President” selected after attending the Scottsdale Design District’s Business of Design Conference celebrated the New Year with a toast, great conversation and yummy food. And when designers get together…. what do they always do? …..Share our passion for the practice and business of interior design. Michael A. Thomas, FASID hosted Melinda Foote, Susan Hersker, Kari Jensen and Amy Strang in the private dining room at True Foods Restaurant in Phoenix.
Great time and what a way to start the New Year and have New Friends to do that with.
There is a great video about the how interior designers work with clients. And within the video is an interview with past national president of ASID, Rita Guest, FASID, Carson Guest in Atlanta, GA. This has great information for everyone in the design community, for consumers too… but should have special interest for for ID students and emerging design professionals.
